It is my most sincere goal to help you reconnect with aspects of yourself you may not even be aware that you have lost, and use your newfound strength and vitality to develop an authentic and fulfilling life path.
I have completed Co-Active Coach training at CTI (Coaches Training Institute). Other experience includes facilitation of a weekly Meetup group discussing career and personal issues, participation in a lawyers’ support group, and extensive personal study of self-help, personal growth and career change literature.
A dissatisfying experience working as a lawyer led me to begin my own personal growth journey.
This is not an “I made lemonade out of my lemons, and you should too” story. Anyone who has done any of the real work (and I mean the real work, not the give-me-the-answer-so-I-can-fix-it-and-it-will-all-go-away work) knows that it can be uncomfortable, humbling, and vulnerable. You need the right kind of knowledge and support through the process.
Knowing this, I used my personal experience, as well as researching theories of how people change and grow, to combine the best of what’s on the market into a simple yet complete program. The result, the Transition & Transformation Workshop, gives the comprehensive knowledge and effective support I wish I’d had when I started my process. I also listened to friends and acquaintances, asking questions to understand how they approach things and what they really need.
My message to you is that success happens not when you finally “fix yourself”, but when you become more of who you are.
I have a regular yoga practice and receive Network Spinal Analysis chiropractic care and give great credit to both of these in helping me get to where I am today. Body-mind awareness is really important to me as a means of accessing wisdom and integrating learning.
I would be honoured to be your ally along the path from dreaming to doing.
